Such a survivor
This wonderful salad packs up easily for work and school lunches and is also perfect for taking on a picnic. Survives well in the fridge for a few days, so brilliant to grab to cover off your 5 veg a day.
Serves 2 as a side
Broccoli, onion, almonds, currants, seeds, herbs dressing (natural yoghurt, honey, vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper).
