Our lamb and rosemary parcels are a new take on the timeless meat pie. With handmade pastry and tender chunks of slow cooked lamb it doesn’t get any better. Well, maybe it does when you add our own Byron Pantry tomato sauce which we just had to include for the ultimate 'pie' experience.
Serving: Two parcels + jar of Tommy Arto sauce
Keep refrigerated prior to serving, consume or freeze before use by date.
Microwave: Not recommended for pastry.
Oven: Remove packaging and place on a baking tray. Warm in oven at 140 degrees C for 30 to 40 minutes.
Lamb, tomatoes, carrots, celery, red wine, onion, garlic, rosemary, herbs and spices, flour, butter, poppy-seeds.
Tommy arto sauce: tomatoes, celery, capsicum, onion, garlic, vinegar, sugar, herbs and spices.
