The moorish sweetness of beetroot is beautifully balanced in this lovely tart by the salty tang and creamy texture of goats cheese and a touch of thyme. Gently baked in crispy handmade pastry, this makes a great family meal when you add a salad, or an elegant lunch served cold in the garden.

Keep refrigerated prior to serving, consume or freeze before use by date. Serve cold or warm as described below.
Microwave: Not recommended for pastry.
Oven: Warm in oven at 140 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
