The sumac sauce served with these burgers is fantastic and any leftovers will go well with grilled veggies or other white meat. The burgers are great topped with our Coronation Slaw and wrapped up in a sourdough roll. Enjoy with a serving of our oven baked wedges. Keep extra burgers in the fridge for a snack or to pop in a lunch box.

Keep refrigerated prior to serving, consume or freeze before use by date.
Microwave: Microwave for approximately one minute. Continue heating in 20 second intervals until desired temperature is reached.
Oven: Place on a tray in the oven at 140 degrees C for approximately 15 minutes.
